5/5I have been to quite many climbing guesthouse, but this was definately my favourite. I spend almost 3 weeks here in a dormitory and cant wait to come back. The location is really good. You are surrounded by all the best climbing crags of tenerife. Having a car helps alot, but you can a walk to the nearest crags with a small effort, so its not a necessity. There are some buss connections, but make sure to check them out before hand. Only few busses per day comes to Villa de Arico. There is a shop nearby, some restaurants, atm and a pharmacy. Theres a climbing shop next door where you can get basically anything you would imagine to need for rockclimbing. The hostel itself is wonderfull. Theres a big garden area, bouldering wall, enough toilets and showers, its tidy, the beds are good, kitchen is good (might get a bit crowded, but theres another one downstaird), and theres multiple spots to lay down and chill or to do some yoga. The lockers are big enough to fit all your climbing gear. In general theres a lot of effort and thought put in to setting up the hostel. The scenery from the tereace is amazing opening up to the ocean where you can see Gran Canaria and the mountain range on the otherside. Theres a rooster living in neighbour that starts to crow in morning/night, but wearing earplugs is enough to handle this. The staff is amazing. Elena is super and genually nice and she will happilyshare all the best tips on climbing in Teneriffe or for freeday activities.I didnt attend to the climbing school activities but heard alot of good things about the classes. The atmosphere is super and its really easy to make climbing friends. Shared a lot of beautiful moment with really cool people here.I can definately recommend this place for all climbers and other travellers also. Thanks alot!

Amazing Hostel/Hotel/Community to stay and explore the rock climbing heaven of Tenerife. The Climbing House has a 'soul' and one can feel how much passion and love Elena puts into it.Even though you might not spend a lot time there as you will discover the rocks in the nearby area, you will find maximum recovery and recharge your batteries in an absolute quite, friendly and energetic place.Definitely the best place to stay to get the "all-inklusive" rock climbing experience on Tenerife. Can recommend it 110% and will come back for sure.

Amazing staff and location. We rented the 4p apartment, as well as 2 beds in one of the dorms. Very reasonable prices, clean rooms, and surprisingly comfortable beds. Staff was very laid back and accommodating. Be aware that payment is cash or bank transfer only. There's a climbing store attached that is well stocked with a good variety of shoes. Picture is of the back courtyard. We didn't use it much due to chilly winds at night, but there is a nice training wall and plenty of seating. Would have liked to see a fire pit or gas heater of some time to make hanging out outside at night more appealing. Biggest downside (for me) was the door to the private apartment. It's hobbit sized, I managed to crack my head while coming and going several times 😂. Also an amazing restaurant just around the corner, Bodega Pepe's. Fresh baked bread and cheese, amazing tomato and avocado salads, delicious house made organic wine. We ate there several times on our short 4 day visit. In short, I would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent accommodation for climbers and solo travelers! I met so many wonderful people and climbing buddies here! Also, the place was lovely, very comfortable, and super clean. Elena was super friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any climbing-related questions, she kindly answered them. Thank you very much, Elena, for making my trip to Tenerife such an unforgettable experience!
